Here's a what-might-happen list.
If all pictures are shown,you don not have Conficker.
If the second row shows up but not the first row,it means that you might have Conficker varient C or above.
If the second row shows up but the first row's SecureWorks shows up too,but the other two does not show up,you might have Conficker A/B variant.
If none shows up,if might be that you turned off pictures showing up.
If there is any other combination,check your connection.Could it have a problem.
